The Inviting Company is a privately-held wholesale business. Several divisions produce infant and children's apparel, decorative party invitations, and matching table cloths, napkins, favors, etc. They sell to both small and large retail stores throughout the nation.

Their former collection agency did a letter service which was successful, but the follow-up by their collectors was unprofessional and caused more problems than it solved.

In December 2003, American Agencies began providing a pre-collect written demand service via the internet. The recovery rate is between 51% and 60%, depending on the season. The Inviting Company is also very pleased with the results from the intensive collection services, having never received a complaint from debtors about AA's phone tactics.

In a letter of recommendation dated January 4, 2006:

Being able to manage the process through the website is very convenient and an easy tool for keeping on top of the status of the accounts we turn over. I also like the fact that they report these unpaid accounts to the credit bureaus.
