The Atlantic ChemDry franchise in Chesapeake Virginia began using American Agencies 11 years ago. Their receivables had gotten out of hand and they needed desperate help. They had been using a competitor but were not happy with the results and the more difficult processes and reporting of the company.

CONSUMER CASE STUDY #2

Indian Cove Resort, located in Virginia, is a time share resort for recreational vehicles. The members of their association pay a monthly fee for their membership. When this fee becomes delinquent they turn the member over to our early intervention service in an effort to bring them current. Those that become seriously overdue are transferred to our intensive efforts service. One of Indian Cove's major concerns was not knowing what was going on with their members in collections.

Over the last few years American Agencies has been able to retain the majority of members for Indian Cove, and bring them current with our systematic approach. In addition, we have recovered over $120,000 for them in Phase 2. Indian Cove stated the following:
