One of the nation's largest wired telecommunication provider, needed a solid primary and secondary agency that could provide superior customer service, customer retention, account security and high liquidation. Bottom line, they needed a high ROI. American Agencies was compared with other agencies with these detailed requirements.

AA senior management met with the client to understand their requirements and then came to an agreement as to what our plan of attack would be. AA provided senior staff members to assist the client in implementation. A collector training and monitoring program was set up and a staff of experienced collectors was chosen.

To assist in the recovery effort, AA was able to scrub and score accounts, determine which accounts were the most logical to collect on and achieve a higher rate of return. AA also implemented the account due diligence requirements demanded by the client including skip tracing, bankruptcy processing and review, fraud/identity theft research, and credit bureau reporting.

AA was able to become the client's number one primary and secondary recovery agent in less than two months. AA was rewarded with additional business because of their diligence and were selected to become the number 1 agency for the client to collection on final accounts when the client acquired another large telecommunications company.
